Babycall

Today I was watching a movie called "Babycall", a Swedish/Norwegian movie starring Noomi Rapace. My daughter joined me in my lap at the second half of the movie. And at the end [Spoiler----->] the girl in the movie threw herself out of a window. This raised allot of questions in my daughters head....

Daughter: Why did she fall out of the window?
Me: Because... Eerr... She was sick.. In her head... And committed siucide.
Daughter: What does that mean?
Me: She killed herself... *Feeling a bit awkward*
Daughter: Why did she want to die?
Me: Because she was sick in her head... *More awkward...*
Daughter: But...
Me: Ssshhh...

What can I say? Haha! Maybe I shouldn't watch that kind of movies when she is around....

 

Anyway, I liked the movie. It was psychologically disturbing, a bit confusing, and makes you really think hard about life. It gets to your heart! But the movie is in Swedish and Norwegian.. But maybe there is subtitles for those who look hard!
